Who We Are We are the Lake County Computer Club. Our motto is "Members Helping Members". Our meetings are normally once per month on the second Saturday of each month. Would you like to become a member? Membership costs nothing. Just send an email to the address in the Contact Us page. This is a "Members Helping Members" club. That means fellow members will be listening to your computer related thoughts and experiences. You will be more than just a spectator; you will be a participant! Our meetings will be at the Alto Senior Living facility, in Grayslake, IL. Although the club is mostly for Windows and Linux users, all compter users are welcome. Here are 3 useful LCCC membership benefits that you should know about. LCCC is a member of the Association of Personal Computer User Groups, APCUG. They have Wednesday Workshops starting at 11 AM CT every month, and their Saturday Safaris, 4 times per year. LCCC members will be able to attend these Zoom meetings. APCUG also has an abundance of computer related help and information, including videos. https://apcug2.org The Lake County Computer Club has a Facebook page. LCCC members are invited to join the Facebook group, so you and other LCCC members can share computer related experiences, issues, and solutions. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1285076133697844 Our monthly meetings, where we can talk to fellow computer users, eye to eye! We meet at the Alto Senior Living facility in Grayslake, IL. These three LCCC membership benefits will help us be more competent computer users. I hope you will consider joining our group. If so, just send an email to the address in the Contact Us page. Lester Larkin |
